Dr. Neelam Avtar Singh has successfully treated over a million patients in a career spanning over thirty six years. She has a vast experience of curing incurable diseases like cancer, gluten allergy, depression and asthma. She specialises in treating Coeliac disease/Wheat allergy/Gluten allergy for more than 15 years. She is one of the best doctors in Patiala (Punjab, India) who has treated allergies, migraine, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, arthritis, gout, surgical cases (kidney stones, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, prostate enlargement, corns, warts, and tumours), skin problems, behaviour abnormalities (phobias, disobedience, abusiveness, thumb sucking etc in children) and epilepsy. She has treated patients of different countries like America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, England, South Africa and many more.
She completed her DHMS from Homoeopathic Medical College, Sector 26, Chandigarh in the year 1985. She started her career as a Homoeopathic Medical Officer (H.M.O.) in Red Cross Homoeopathic Dispensary, Nadampur in District Sangrur (Punjab) in 1987 and served there for six years. For consecutive six years she was honoured with the best homoeopathic doctor award out of all the dispensaries operated by Red Cross Society in Sangrur district.

Dr. Neelam Avtar Singh is a hard working, intelligent & a bold lady of our group of senior doctors. She works tirelessly and as a result she stands at the top everywhere. Whether as a head of the Red Cross Homoeopathic dispensary in village Nadampur (Distt. Sangrur), or as a ‘Block Development & Panchayat Officer’ in Fatehgarh sahib district; she has excelled in every role. Now as in-charge of weekly Homeopathic units, she visits Bhawanigarh, Mohali, Sanour and Cheeka. Along with all this, she bears the load of typing, checking and re-checking of total matter being published in our prestigious ‘Homoeopathy Community Journal’. She is also the co-author of the highly acclaimed book ‘Homeopathy & Mind’. Both the journal and the book are dedicated to our Master Late Dr. M.L. Sehgal who gave us a new method of selecting medicine based on the mental state of the patient. Behind all her works/ projects is the strong support of her husband Dr. Avtar Singh. Very few men have the quality of supporting their spouse. I wish her success in her life.
